• Account data: name, email address, password credentials and role.
• Client and event data you enter, such as company names, venues and event dates.
• Artist advance submissions: contact details, technical and hospitality requirements, and any files uploaded to a questionnaire.
• Technical data: log records, IP address and basic usage information needed to run the service.

We use personal data to provide and secure the platform, to deliver artist advance workflows to the production teams you work with, to respond to support requests and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

We rely on contract (providing the service you or your organisation signed up for), legitimate interests (running, securing and improving the platform) and legal obligation (records we must keep). Where we ask for consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Data is shared with the production company or client organisation that invited you, and with service providers who host and operate the platform on our behalf under written terms. We may disclose data where required by law.

We keep account and submission data for as long as the related account is active and afterwards only where needed for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. You can ask us to delete data that we are not required to keep.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Email hello@grp.live to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use only cookies and local storage that are necessary to sign you in, keep your session secure and remember your light or dark theme preference. We do not use advertising cookies.

Access to data is restricted by role-based permissions and account authentication, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure; if you believe an account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
