Terms of Service

The Backstage platform is provided by Green Room Power Limited t/a GRP Live, registered in England & Wales No. 11110310, registered office Unit 33 & 34 Glandwr Industrial Estate, Aberbeeg, Abertillery, NP13 2LN. By creating an account or submitting an artist advance you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Accounts are for named individuals and must not be shared. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other clients or accounts.
• Do not interfere with, probe or overload the platform or its infrastructure.

You retain ownership of the client, event and advance information you submit. You grant us a licence to host and process that content solely to operate the platform for you and the organisation you work with, and you confirm you have the right to share any personal data you enter about third parties.

We aim to keep the service available and maintained, but it is provided on an "as is" basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

Where a paid plan applies, fees, billing frequency and included limits are those agreed in your order or shown on the pricing page. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Either party may end the arrangement on notice. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On termination you may request an export of your data before it is removed in line with our retention practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: hello@grp.live.
